A miss (no show) is registered on the member who will be blocked from booking classes for 14 days. Read more about the points system here.

We do not pay a direct compensation for no shows. The revenue we receive from members who become locked and choose to unlock their membership for a fee, is added to our total revenue which is then divided about 70% to partners and about 30% to us.
