If a member has reached their limit, they cannot check in. You can see this by asking the member to open your studio in the app, where you can see how many visits have been made in a month.

We have a general visit limit with all partners of 8 visits/month.

Exceptions are the Epic level in Stockholm and the Black level in Gothenburg and Malmö, where we also have limitations of 4 or 1 visit/month.
