Yes, we can always discuss this together. It is both a strategic decision on our part which level all partners are available at and the wishes of our partners.

A partner on Base can only offer Base classes and,

a Black partner can only offer Black classes.

Exceptions apply to a partner on Epic where you can offer either,

only Epic classes alternatively, both Epic and Black classes.

Generally speaking, you get most visits at the Base level, then Black and least visits at Epic.
