Notice Period

How the notice period works in practice

Bruce has a one-month notice period on all memberships. Annual memberships also include a 12-month binding period.

This means that when you cancel your membership in the app, one final payment will be charged when your current billing period ends. After that, you will have access to your membership for one final paid month.

Example

If:

Your billing period runs from January 20 – February 19

You cancel your membership on February 10

Then:

A final payment will be made on February 19

Your last training day will be March 19

Important to know

Once a cancellation has been registered, the membership cannot be paused. The notice period cannot be paused or removed.

Cancellation must be done directly in the app. It is not possible to cancel via support.

During your first month as a completely new member, there is no notice period. If you cancel within the first month, no further payments will be charged.

We recommend cancelling in good time before your next billing date if you are planning to end your membership. If you are unsure when to cancel, you are welcome to contact support for guidance.
