If you receive 3 strikes, your account will be temporarily suspended from booking new classes for 14 days. You can either wait until the suspension ends or pay 140 SEK/NOK, 100DKK to unlock your account.
You can still:
Attend already booked classes (Important: please cancel them if you cannot attend)
Do open training (gym, swimming, climbing, etc.)
You cannot:
Book new classes
Use credits
Pay for single classes
Why can’t I cancel my membership during a suspension?
Once a booking suspension has been activated, the option to cancel your membership is paused until the suspension has been lifted. This ensures that the strike and booking rules are handled correctly by the system.
If you wish to cancel your membership, you must either:
Wait until the 14-day period has passed, or
Unlock your account by paying the unlock fee. The strikes will then be reset, and you can book and manage your membership as usual.
Please note that if you miss an already booked class during the suspension period, the 14-day suspension will restart.
