If you receive 3 strikes, your account will be temporarily blocked from booking new classes for 14 days. You can either wait until the block ends or pay 140 SEK/NOK or 100 DKK to unlock your account.
You can still:
Attend already booked classes (Important: please cancel them if you cannot attend)
Do open training (gym, swimming, climbing, etc.)
You cannot:
Book new classes
Use credits
Pay for single classes
If you get blocked
All members get 3 free unlocks to get familiar with the system. After that, unlocking costs 140 SEK/NOK or 100 DKK. Your strikes are reset when you unlock, and you can book classes as usual again.
Why can't I cancel my membership during a booking block?
Once a booking block has been activated, the option to cancel your membership is paused until the block has been lifted. This ensures that the strike and booking rules are handled correctly by the system.
If you wish to cancel your membership, you must either:
Wait until the 14-day period has passed, or
Unlock your account by paying the unlock fee. Your strikes will then be reset, and you can book and manage your membership as usual.
Please note that if you miss an already booked class during the block period, the 14-day block will restart.
