You can upgrade to a higher level during the binding period, but you cannot downgrade to a lower level.

The binding period is not affected by an upgrade.

When you upgrade, the change takes effect immediately. This means a new 30-day period starts right away, and the amount you've already paid will be deducted from the new monthly cost.

You can both upgrade and downgrade your level.

For downgrades, the change takes effect only after your current payment period has ended. Your next payment will then be based on the lower level.

Strikes are not reset when you change level. Any existing strikes remain on your account and continue to apply.

Visit limits are adjusted to the new level from the date of the change, but visits already completed during the month still count. Limits reset on the 1st of each month as usual.
