Here is information about our cancellation and check-in rules when using credits. For Sweden and Norway please read here. For Denmark please see below.

Sweden & Norway

Check-in for booked classes

  • Check-in must be done no later than 5 minutes before the class starts and can be done at least 30 minutes before. Exceptions may apply and will be specified in your booking in the app.

Late Cancellation

  • Late cancellations can be made up until the specified cancellation time in the app, which is typically 3 hours before the class. Exceptions may apply and will be specified in the booking.

  • For late cancellations, 5 credits will be deducted, and the remaining credits will be refunded to your account.

Missed Class

  • If you do not cancel and do not show up for the class, it will count as a missed class, and no credits will be refunded.

We recommend always canceling your class in a good time to avoid missed classes and to give others the opportunity to take your spot.
